Partner Considerations

Wall Street Institute is seeking experienced business professionals ready to operate a multi-unit network of English language learning centers.  Exclusive city-sized territories are available for development.  These territories will hold at least 3 and often many more Wall Street Institute centers.

 

Partners should have minimum capital available for investment of $1 million to $3 million. $500,000 – $700,000 of this capital will be required for launching the Pilot Center. The additional capital is required to assure that the openings of future centers will occur according to the development schedule. 

 

Partners should have sufficient general business experience to provide general management and strategic leadership. Strong preference is given to individuals with consumer retail, for–profit education, or service industry experience.

 

Partners should have extensive experience operating in the local market.

Relationship Terms

 

    Initial development of primary metropolitan markets

 

    Royalties, standard eduction material purchase requirements, center opening fees 

 

    Expansion options based upon primary market performance

 

    No sub–franchise rights
